Mission Statement
    To provide access to sources of Buddhist meditation and spiritual practice worldwide.
 
Goals and Objectives
         The goals and objectives of the Institute of Spiritual Practice are to:
1.       Gather and exchange information on various Buddhist meditation methods
2.       Encourage the development of understanding of various methods of Buddhist meditation so that practitioners make appropriate choices.
3.       Strengthen friendship based on Buddhist principles.
 
Strategies
 
Phase 1: B.E 2546 -2547 (2003-2004)
 
Preparation of concept papers and other documents based on the results of Spiritual Practice Group Discussion at the World Fellowship of Buddhists Symposium on "Thailand and the World Buddhist University" held in March 2542 (1999).
 
Phase 2: B.E. 2548 -2552 (2005-2009)
 
1.       Consolidate issues arising from the concept paper and symposium meeting,
2.       Gather and disseminate information on various Buddhist spiritual practices and centers,
3.       Organize occasional meetings of experts and leaders in Buddhist spiritual practice,
4.       Create links between Buddhist spiritual practice centers around the world,
5.       Assist in resolving disputes among and between Buddhist spiritual practice centers around the world.
