As Buddhist foreigners in Thailand, an understanding of Thai culture, Thai way of life, and Buddhist morality will be helpful for living peacefully and happily both in Thailand and elsewhere. The World Buddhist University Centre with the support of the Office of National Buddhism of Thailand intends to encourage all foreigners, especially Buddhists, in Thailand to practice according to the Buddha's teachings in order to discover themselves, to live with loving kindness and compassion, and to attain internal peace.
